I’ve never purchased a new construction home so didn’t know just what to expect. I had heard horror stories from others. But I’ve got to say I don’t have any horror stories. Not even close. Everyone I came into contact with were great to work with. They addressed my needs and concerns during construction and after. I had a few things that needed tweaked after I moved in. They addressed those items on a timely basis and had them taken care of quickly. I figured it would take a while but that was not the case. I had a positive experience on the purchase of my home from Savannah Homes.
